Owners can add a company handbook and policies in Settings > Data Hub > Handbook. Iven can cite your handbook in answers.
Who can do this: Owners only.
Upload a file
Go to Settings > Data Hub > Handbook. If you have no handbook yet, the page shows Handbook & Policy.
Select Import file.
Choose a PDF or DOCX file.
The new handbook appears as a card marked Imported from file. An uploaded handbook cannot be edited. Open its card to use Download file to get the original file, or Delete to remove it.
Write one in the app
Select Add handbook.
Enter a Name and select Create handbook.
Add entries with the plus button. Each entry has an Entry title and Entry content. Select Save to keep the entry.
Handbook cards show how many entries they contain, for example "3 entries". You can rename a handbook you wrote in the app or select Delete to remove it.
Where it shows up
When Iven cites your handbook in a chat answer, the sources show a Handbook & Policy group with an Open handbook button.
Troubleshooting
If an upload fails, check that the file is a PDF or DOCX and try again. If it still fails, contact Aiventic support.
