Change your photo, name, nickname and email in Settings > Profile. Everyone on the team can do this.
Steps
Open Settings from your avatar menu, then select Profile.
In the Personal details card, edit what you need.
Select Save changes. The button turns on once something has changed.
What you can edit
Your photo: click your avatar to choose a file. Use a PNG, JPEG or GIF under 10 MB. Select Delete to remove it.
Your full name: required.
How should we call you?: your nickname. Required.
Email: required.
Your phone number
The Phone number field is greyed out and cannot be changed in the app. To change your phone number, contact Aiventic support.
Troubleshooting
If you see Could not upload your photo. Please use a PNG, JPEG, or GIF under 10MB. or File size cannot exceed 10MiB, pick a smaller file or a supported format and try again.
