Owners can hide customer phone numbers and emails from technicians in Settings > Privacy by turning on Hide customer contact details.
Who can do this: Owners only.
Steps
Go to Settings > Privacy.
In the Customer information card, select Hide customer contact details.
Select Save changes.
What it does
Technicians no longer see customer phone numbers or emails on jobs.
Technicians no longer see any phone number or email in the team phone book.
The AI assistant will not give those details out.
Owners still see them. Service Managers are not Owners, so they do not see them either.
Good to know
Contact details that someone typed into job notes are not removed. This is the only setting on the Privacy page.
