Aiventic is a field service assistant for HVAC and appliance service teams. You ask Iven, the Aiventic AI assistant, about troubleshooting, manuals, wiring diagrams, parts and past jobs, and you manage your jobs in the same place.
What you can do
Chat with Iven. Ask about a brand and model, get answers from manuals, past jobs and your company handbook, and open the source behind an answer.
Work your jobs. My Jobs lists your jobs. Jobs come from your field service software or a spreadsheet import, not from inside Aiventic. If your team uses AI triage, a job can include an AI-generated service plan.
Browse manuals. Manuals is your team's technical document library.
Compare part prices. Parts shows prices from your connected supplier accounts (requires an active subscription).
Look up unit history. Unit History shows coverage and claim history for supported brands (set up for your team by Aiventic).
See how your team is doing. Owners get a Dashboard with jobs, parts approvals and Iven usage.
Who uses it
Aiventic has three roles: Owner, Service Manager and Technician. Owners run the team and its settings. Technicians and Service Managers use Aiventic day to day on jobs.
How you use it
Aiventic is a web app. You open it in your browser, and you can add it to your phone or tablet's home screen so it opens like an app. There is no app store listing. There are no passwords: you log in with a one-time code sent to your phone or email.
You can only log in after your team owner invites you, or after Aiventic sets up your team.
