This article answers common questions about dashboard figures, empty charts and missing data.

Why can't I see the Dashboard?

Only team Owners see it. Technicians and Service Managers do not. Ask your team owner for the figure you need.

What do 7D, 30D, 90D and Custom change?

They set the period for period-based figures such as messages, tool calls, brands, questions and parts pending. Active jobs and the Today's jobs and Tomorrow's jobs lists are live and ignore the period.

What does "vs prev 30d" mean?

It is the change compared with the previous period of the same length.

What is the difference between Messages and Tool calls?

Messages counts every message in Iven chats, both your team's questions and Iven's replies. Tool calls counts each time Iven used one of its tools while answering. One answer can make several tool calls, so Tool calls usually runs higher.

The brands chart says "We don't receive completion dates for your jobs yet"

The brand charts count only finished jobs that have a completion date. If your job system does not send completion dates, the chart shows: We don't receive completion dates for your jobs yet, so finished work can't be counted here. If you see No finished jobs in this period, no finished jobs fall in the period you chose.

"Members using Iven" is lower than my headcount

A member counts only if they have a linked user account and sent at least one message to Iven in the period. A technician with Technician, no linked account cannot be measured. Link them in Settings > Data Hub > Jobs by selecting Technicians.

Is the member adoption view a ranking?

No. It is a coaching signal that shows who has not started using Iven yet.

What does "Updated 30s ago" or "Not synced yet" mean?

It shows how recently your job data synced from your connected system. Amber means the sync is stale and red means it is failing. If it stays that way, contact Aiventic support.

A section is empty

If a section shows nothing, try choosing a different period or reloading with the refresh icon. If it stays empty, contact Aiventic support.

Can I export dashboard data?

No. The Dashboard has no export or download option.

How far back can I look?

Knowledge sources cover a year at most. If you pick a longer period you see Knowledge sources cover a year at most. Choose a shorter period to see them. For limits on other figures, contact Aiventic support.
