Other parts of the screen

  • The Aiventic logo takes you back to Chat.

  • The team name button appears only if you belong to more than one team. It opens a Context list for switching teams.

  • The light/dark theme switcher is hidden on phones.

  • Your avatar menu (top right) has Settings, Help Center and Logout. On phones and tablets it also has Install Aiventic if you haven't installed it. On phones these items are in the hamburger menu.

Settings

Everyone sees Profile and Notifications. Owners also see Data Hub, Team, Privacy, Integrations, Share Group, Quote pricing and Plan & billing. Integrations and Quote pricing also need an active subscription.

Why is something missing?

  • No Dashboard or owner settings: they are for Owners. Ask your team owner.

  • No Parts or Unit History: Parts needs an active subscription. Unit History needs an active subscription and has to be set up for your team by Aiventic. It only covers certain brands. Contact Aiventic support.

  • Can't send messages in Chat: see "Features that need an active subscription".

  • No team switcher: you belong to one team.
