Set the AI output language

Choose English, Spanish or the team default for AI-generated triage and checklists on your jobs.

You can choose the language of AI-generated content for jobs assigned to you in Settings > Profile. Choices are the team default, English or Spanish.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings > Profile.

  2. Find the AI output language card ("Choose the language of AI-generated content for your jobs").

  3. Open the dropdown and choose Use team default, English or Spanish. The team default option also shows the current team setting, for example Use team default (English).

  4. Select Save changes in that same card. It is separate from the Save changes button for your personal details.

What it changes

It controls the language of AI-generated triage and checklists for jobs assigned to you. Part numbers and part names are never translated.

Team default

If you choose Use team default, you get the language your owner set. Owners set the team default in Settings > Data Hub > Jobs, in Jobs settings under Default AI output language. The options there are Default (no preference), English and Spanish. Each technician can override it in their own profile.
