The Triage tab on a job shows the AI-Generated Service Plan: a short diagnosis plan plus suggested parts. Aiventic builds it from your job's symptoms, manuals, parts catalogs and similar past jobs.

See the plan

  1. Open the job and stay on the Triage tab.

  2. Read the AI-Generated Service Plan card. If information is missing or uncertain, a disclaimer appears with the plan.

  3. Click Diagnostic checklist to see the plan's checklist items.

  4. Open the Sources card to see the references used. Click View to open one, or Download when available.

Generate a plan yourself

If a job has no plan you'll see No triage information available yet. Click Generate triage. The button shows Generating triage... while it works.

Automatic plans (pre-triage)

Aiventic can build plans automatically for upcoming jobs. This is set up by Aiventic for your team, so contact Aiventic support to have it turned on. Once it is on, an owner can choose how many days in advance (1 to 14) in Settings > Data Hub > Jobs > Jobs settings, under Triage > Days in advance.

Language

An owner sets the team's Default AI output language in Jobs settings. Each person can set their own in their profile. Part numbers and names are never translated.

Troubleshooting

  • Failed to generate triage. Please try again. Wait a moment and click Generate triage again. If it keeps failing, contact Aiventic support.

  • No sources provided for this triage. The plan has no listed references. You can retriage with more context.
