Jobs settings let owners decide which job statuses count as active, how the AI writes, and what shows first on job cards. Open them with the gear button in Settings > Data Hub > Jobs.
Who can do this: Owners only.
Steps
Go to Settings > Data Hub > Jobs.
Select the gear button. The Jobs settings panel opens.
Change the settings below.
Select Save settings.
The settings
Active statuses: the job statuses that count as active. Select Add status to add one, or the trash icon to remove one. Job statuses come from your source system, and the match ignores upper or lower case. Jobs with an active status appear under Work Queue. Other jobs appear under Complete. Saving updates your existing jobs too.
Triage > Days in advance: "Pre-triage jobs scheduled within this timeframe", from 1 to 14 days. This appears only if automatic pre-triage has been set up for your team by Aiventic. To ask for it, contact Aiventic support.
Default AI output language: Default (no preference), English or Spanish. This is the default for your team. Each technician can override it in their profile. Part numbers and part names are never translated.
Job Considerations: free text with guidance for how your job data should be read when you import job files.
Job card title > What your team reads first: choose Location or Client name. It sets which field is bold on each job card in the jobs list. The other one still shows underneath.
Good to know
If you cannot see Days in advance, your team does not have automatic pre-triage turned on. Technicians can still generate a plan on a job themselves.
