How do jobs get into Aiventic?

Jobs arrive in Aiventic from your connected field service software, or from a spreadsheet your owner imports. There is no New job button in Aiventic, and you can't create a job inside the app.

The two ways jobs arrive

  1. Integration sync. Your owner connects your field service or CRM software in Settings > Integrations (for example Service Titan, Service Fusion or FieldPulse). Aiventic then pulls your past and upcoming jobs from that system.

  2. Spreadsheet import. Your owner goes to Settings > Data Hub > Jobs, opens Imports, and clicks Import to upload a .csv or .xlsx file. A Download template link is on the same screen.

Who can do this: Owners connect integrations and import jobs. Connecting integrations requires an active subscription.

How jobs get assigned to technicians

You can't assign a job to a technician inside Aiventic. Assignment comes from your source system. Each job carries a technician code from that system, and your owner links each technician code to a user account in Settings > Data Hub > Jobs > Technicians. Once linked, the technician sees those jobs under My Jobs.

Good to know

  • Job statuses are text that comes from your source system. Aiventic does not set them. The Triaged badge on a job card is Aiventic's own and means an AI service plan exists.

  • To change who a job is assigned to, change it in your source system.
