Aiventic connects to field service software, so your jobs come in automatically, and to parts suppliers, so Iven can check pricing from your own accounts. Which systems you see on the Integrations page can vary by team. If you don't see your system, contact Aiventic support.

Who can do this: Owners only, and your team needs an active subscription.

Field service software (Job Management)

Aiventic pulls past and future jobs from your account in these systems:

  • Service Titan

  • Service Trade

  • Service Fusion

  • HubSpot

  • FieldPulse

  • Field Point

  • QuickBooks (uses an on-premises agent that you download from the integration)

  • Service Desk and EPass (both powered by ARIES)

Parts suppliers

Aiventic checks pricing from your own supplier accounts:

  • Encompass

  • Marcone

  • Reliable Parts

  • Certified Appliance Parts

  • Mid-Atlantic Parts

  • Southern Coastal Parts

Where to find them

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations.

  2. Look under Connected apps for systems you already connected.

  3. Look under Available integrations for systems you can connect.

Each card shows a status of Connected or Not connected and a View integration button.

Good to know

  • If you can't open Settings > Integrations, you are not an Owner, or your subscription is not active.

  • If you have no field service system, Owners can import jobs from a spreadsheet in Data Hub instead.
