To bring your jobs into Aiventic, connect your field service system in Settings > Integrations. Aiventic then pulls past and future jobs from your account. The fields you fill in depend on the system.

Who can do this: Owners only, with an active subscription.

Connect with login details or keys

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations.

  2. Under Available integrations, find your system and select View integration.

  3. In the Connect {name} with aiventic window, fill in the fields.

  4. Optional: select Run test to check the connection without saving it. You see "Testing connection..." and then "Connection test for {name} was successful" or "Connection test for {name} has failed".

  5. Select Connect.

  6. When you see Integration successful, check that the Connection status is Connected, then select View integrations.

Good to know

  • The Synchronization Start Date is the date jobs are pulled from. Enter it as MM/dd/yyyy.

  • Fields marked with an asterisk are required. Password and secret fields are not shown again after you save them.

  • To connect more than one account of the same system, use Add connection, give it a name such as "East region", and select Add.

  • QuickBooks has a Sync now button. You see "Sync started" when it runs. Probe checks the agent and shows "Agent is healthy and connected" when it works.

Troubleshooting

  • Integration failed with "Try again or contact support": select Go back, check your details and try again. If it keeps failing, contact Aiventic support.

  • Could not start the connection. Please try again.: try again. If it keeps happening, contact Aiventic support.

  • Your system isn't listed: which integrations a team sees can vary. Contact Aiventic support.
