Open My Jobs in the navigation to see your jobs. Use the Work Queue and Complete tabs, the date filter, the Search box and (for owners and service managers) the Filters button to narrow the list.

Who can do this: Owners and Service Managers see all team jobs, under the page heading Jobs. Technicians see only the jobs assigned to them, under the heading My Jobs. The navigation item is called My Jobs for everyone.

Work Queue and Complete

The two tabs each show a count. A job is in Work Queue when its status matches one of the statuses your owner marked as active. Every other job is in Complete, including a job with no status. The status comes from your source system, and the match ignores capital letters. Owners set the list in Settings > Data Hub > Jobs > Jobs settings, under Active statuses. When an owner changes that list, existing jobs move between the two tabs.

Filter by date

The date filter works on the job's appointment date. It starts on today, so you only see jobs for today until you change it.

  • Work Queue options: Today, Tomorrow, Next week, Next month, Custom.

  • Complete options: Today, Yesterday, Last week, Last month, Custom.

Choose Custom to open the date picker and pick your own range.

Search

Type in the Search box above the list. Results update as you type.

Filter by technician

  1. Click Filters.

  2. Under Filter by technician, choose Unassigned or one or more technicians. Inactive technicians show as Name (inactive).

  3. Click Apply. Use Clear filters to reset.

Only technicians linked to a user account can be filtered.

The job card

Each card shows the job number, last-updated time, status, appointment date and time, customer name or address, brand, model and unit type. A Triaged badge appears when the job has an AI service plan. Buttons on the card: AI Insights (only for triaged jobs), Checklist and Details. Click the card to open the job.

Good to know

  • Your date range and technician filter are remembered, so pressing Back from a job returns you to the same list.

  • If the list is empty you'll see No jobs found matching the criteria.
