Why can't I see my jobs?

If your job list is empty, check the date filter, the Work Queue and Complete tabs, search, filters and your technician link.

The most common reason is the date filter. It starts on today and works on each job's appointment date, so jobs on other days don't show until you widen it.

Check these, in order

  1. Date filter. It defaults to today. Under Work Queue choose Tomorrow, Next week, Next month or Custom. Under Complete choose Yesterday, Last week, Last month or Custom.

  2. Tab. Switch between Work Queue and Complete. A job is in Work Queue when its status matches one of the statuses your owner marked as active in the Jobs settings. Every other job, including a job with no status, is in Complete.

  3. Search box. Clear anything typed in Search.

  4. Filters. Owners and service managers: click Filters and then Clear filters. A filter you set earlier may be remembered.

  5. Technician link. Technicians only see jobs assigned to them. Your user has to be linked to your technician code in your source system. If it isn't, My Jobs stays empty. Ask your owner to link you in Settings > Data Hub > Jobs > Technicians. An unlinked code shows Unassigned user.

Still nothing?

  • Jobs can't be created in Aiventic. They come from your connected software or a spreadsheet import, so a job that isn't in that system won't appear. Owners can check Settings > Integrations or the import under Data Hub > Jobs.

  • If the list shows No jobs found matching the criteria., nothing matches your current date, tab, search and filters.

  • Contact Aiventic support if jobs still don't appear.
