Give feedback on a service plan

Use the thumbs up or thumbs down on a service plan to tell Aiventic if it was helpful or what was wrong.

Two thumb buttons on the AI-Generated Service Plan card let you tell Aiventic whether the plan helped. Your feedback is recorded for that plan and helps Aiventic improve. It does not change the plan itself.

Thumbs up

  1. Hover over the thumbs up button to see Mark this plan as helpful.

  2. Click it. You'll see Thanks! Marked as helpful. and the button stays pressed.

A thumbs up can't be undone.

Thumbs down

  1. Click the thumbs down button (Report a problem with this plan).

  2. Under What was wrong with this plan?, pick a reason. Some reasons ask you to fill in a short field first.

  3. Optionally add more in Details.

  4. Click Send suggestion. You'll see Thanks! Your suggestion was sent — this helps the whole team. Use Back to return to the reason list, or Cancel to close without sending.

Good to know

  • Feedback belongs to one version of the plan. After a retriage the new plan starts with fresh thumbs.

  • The thumbs are hidden while a retriage is running.

  • Older jobs triaged a while ago may not show thumbs until you retriage them.

  • If the plan wasn't right, you can also retriage with more context.

Troubleshooting

  • That item no longer exists. The plan was replaced by a newer one. Refresh the job and give feedback on the current plan.

  • Something went wrong. Please try again. Try again. If it continues, contact Aiventic support.

  • Please check your input and try again. Review your reason and details, then resend.
