If the AI service plan isn't quite right, add what's missing and retriage the job. Aiventic updates the plan using your extra context.

Steps

Open the job and go to the Triage tab.
Find the card Not quite right? Retriage with new context and click it to expand. After you've used it once, it reads Retriage again with more context.
In the box, type what's missing, such as customer details, what you've ruled out, or equipment age. You can tap a starter chip to begin: + Customer added detail, + I already checked…, + Equipment age / model or + What I can rule out.
Click Retriage. The button stays disabled until you add context.

While it runs you'll see Retriaging… and Updating service plan…. Click Cancel to close the box without retriaging.

Good to know

A counter under the box shows N / 500. It changes color past 500 characters. The most you can enter is 2000 characters.
When it finishes you'll see Triage updated. N new pending part(s). or Triage refined — no new suggestions. New parts show a New label for a few seconds.
Retriage creates a new version of the plan, so any thumbs up or down you gave the old plan resets.
