The Dashboard shows team owners how many jobs are active, which jobs are waiting on parts approval, and how your team uses Iven. Open it from Dashboard in the main navigation.
Who can do this: Owners only. Technicians and Service Managers do not see the Dashboard item.
What you see at the top of the page
A greeting, for example "Hi {first name}, your team has {N} job(s) scheduled today", with today's date.
A New chat with Iven button.
An update stamp, either Updated {relative time} or Not synced yet. It shows how recently your team's job data last synced from your connected system. The stamp turns amber if the sync is stale and red if it is failing. The refresh icon reloads the dashboard figures.
A period selector: 7D, 30D, 90D and Custom. The default is 30D. Choose Custom to pick a start and end date. Nothing loads until you pick both dates.
Two tabs: Overview and Insights. Your chosen period stays the same when you switch tabs.
Comparisons with the previous period
Change figures compare against the previous period of the same length. With 30D selected, they are labelled vs prev 30d.
Good to know
The Dashboard reports on the whole team you are currently in. If you belong to more than one team, use the team switcher to change teams.
Some figures are live and ignore the period, such as Active jobs and the Today's jobs and Tomorrow's jobs lists.
There is no export or download for dashboard data.
Troubleshooting
If you see The dashboard is for team owners, your role is not Owner. The page says "It reports on the whole team, so only an owner can open it. Ask your team owner if you need a figure from it." If you are an Owner and still do not see it, check that you are in the right team.
