The Overview tab gives owners a quick picture of today's work: active jobs, parts waiting for approval, brands you service and how your team uses Iven.

Who can do this: Owners only.

Stat cards

  • Active jobs: jobs currently in progress across the team, counted live and not tied to the selected period. Unassigned jobs are included. The footer shows how many are unassigned.

  • Waiting on parts: active jobs with at least one recommended part still waiting for your approval. A lower number is better.

  • Messages: every message in Iven chats, both the questions your team sends and Iven's replies. One job can take several exchanges.

  • Tool calls: the times Iven used one of its tools while answering, such as parts lookups, model lookups and manuals. One answer can make several tool calls, so this number is usually higher than Messages.

Operations section

  • Today's jobs and Tomorrow's jobs: active jobs by appointment time, with tabs such as Today · N and Tomorrow · N. An amber mark means parts are waiting on your approval, so approve them before the technician arrives. Rows can show an Untriaged badge and the assigned technician. Open the list to see All active jobs, with filters for Unassigned and Waiting on parts.

  • Brands you service most: a donut chart of your top five brands by share of jobs, with how each is trending against the previous period. It counts only finished jobs that have a completion date. Use View in Insights for more detail.

  • Parts Iven recommends: parts that still need someone to approve them, grouped by job and sorted by soonest appointment. It shows up to 10 jobs. When there is nothing to approve, it says Nothing waiting on approval.

Iven section

  • Iven usage: Messages, Tokens and Tool calls, plus a messages-per-day chart. Tokens shows how much model processing Iven's replies used, with a split of "X in / Y out".

  • What your team asks Iven: the kinds of problems your team brings to Iven, grouped by which of Iven's tools answered. Read it as a close approximation of intent, not an exact classification of each question.
