The Insights tab goes deeper than Overview. Use the switcher at the top to move between Usage, Team, Operations and Conversations. Usage opens first.
Who can do this: Owners only.
Usage
Shows how much your team leans on Iven.
Stat cards: Messages, Tool calls, Tokens and Members using Iven. The last one counts active team members who sent at least one message to Iven in the period, against everyone on the team. Linking a member's user account is what makes them countable.
Iven adoption by member: messages each member sent and the tool calls those answers made. It is a coaching signal, not a ranking. It helps you see who has not started using Iven. Use Review team to go to the Team view.
Usage by appliance: share of Iven activity by brand, with the most-asked models below. This is what your team asks about, which is not the same as what it services.
Usage by plugin: which of the tools enabled for your team Iven used.
Team
Shows workload, brands and Iven usage per technician. It is never a ranking. Each technician row shows Active jobs, Messages and Tool calls. Open a row to see brand mix, By unit type, Upcoming jobs and Iven usage. Hidden technicians are excluded.
If a technician shows Technician, no linked account, no user account is linked to that technician, so their jobs and Iven usage cannot be measured. Select Link an account to fix it. See "Link technicians to user accounts".
Operations
The Brands & unit types table shows the mix of work your business took on, with columns Brand, Jobs and Share. Open a brand to see its unit types and the jobs inside it. This is your book of work, not Iven activity.
Conversations
Latest questions: what your team asked, who asked, how many sources Iven cited and when. Select a row to open the Question panel with Sources cited. A question with no sources means your library could not cover it.
Knowledge coverage: how many of the models asked about had no source.
Knowledge sources: which documents Iven cited, with Answers, Entries and Last updated. This table covers a year at most, so choose a shorter period if you see a message saying so.
