You can add Aiventic to your phone or tablet's home screen so it opens like an app. There is no app store listing: you install it from your browser.
iPhone or iPad (Safari)
Open Aiventic in Safari and log in.
Tap Install Aiventic in the menu (or Install on the banner), which opens Add Aiventic to your home screen.
Tap the Share button, the square with an up arrow, at the bottom of the screen.
Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
Tap Add in the top corner to confirm.
Android (Chrome)
Open Aiventic in Chrome and log in.
Tap Install on the Install Aiventic on this device banner. Or open the menu, tap Install Aiventic, then tap Install in the dialog.
Confirm in your browser's install prompt.
If no prompt appears, a dialog tells you to open your browser menu and choose Install app or Add to Home Screen. Tap Got it, then do that.
Where to find the install option
A banner, Install Aiventic on this device ("One tap from your home screen. Faster access on every job."), with Install and Not now buttons. It appears on the Chat welcome screen for Technicians and Service Managers on phones and tablets.

Troubleshooting: I don't see the install option
The option is shown on phones and tablets only, not on a desktop computer.
It is hidden once Aiventic is already installed.
If you tapped Not now on the banner, it stays hidden for 14 days. The Install Aiventic menu item is still available.
It doesn't work inside in-app browsers, such as links opened from Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok or the Google app. Open the link in Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android) first.
