The Prompt Library stores questions you ask often so you can reuse them. Open it from the sidebar entry Prompt Library, or from the Library button in the chat message box.

Who can do this: Any user can save personal prompts. Team owners can also share a prompt with the whole team.

Save a new prompt

  1. Open Prompt Library in the sidebar and click New Prompt. Or type your text in the chat box, click Library and choose New prompt. This option appears once the box has text.

  2. In Prompt name, give it a clear name. It is required.

  3. In Content, enter the prompt text. It is required.

  4. If you see Who can use this prompt?, choose Team prompt (available to everyone in your workspace) or Personal prompt (only visible to you). This choice only appears for team owners. Everyone else saves personal prompts.

  5. Click Create Prompt.

Use a saved prompt

  • In a chat: click Library in the message box (on narrow screens it shows as an icon), pick a prompt to put it in the box, then send. Choose See all prompts to open the full page.

  • On the Prompt Library page: click Insert in chat on a prompt card. It opens a new chat with the text filled in.

Edit a prompt

  1. On the Prompt Library page, click the pencil button on the prompt card.

  2. Change the name or content, then click Save Changes.

Good to know

  • When you have both your own and team prompts, filter tabs All, User and Team appear.

  • If the page is empty, it says No prompts found. Click "New Prompt" to create your first prompt.
