The AI Assistant tab on a job is a chat with Iven that already has the job's details, so you don't need to repeat the unit or symptoms.
Who can do this: Anyone who can open the job, when your team has an active subscription.
Steps
Open the job and click the AI Assistant tab.
Type your question in the box that says Ask Iven anything....
Press Enter to send. The answer streams in as it is written.
What you can do
Attach a photo with the paperclip button. Use JPEG or PNG images, up to 10 MB.
On a phone, use the camera button to scan or take a picture.
Use voice input instead of typing.
Pick a saved prompt with the prompt button.
Rate answers with the thumbs buttons on each message.
Good to know
You have one conversation per job. It is your own, so you can come back to it later.
Chatting requires an active subscription for your team.
