Can't type or send

Can not send messages to this chat at this time. Your team's subscription is not active. Sending messages needs an active subscription.

  • If you are an Owner, you also see Update your payment details to re-enable the messaging. Click Update your payment details to go to Settings > Plan & billing.

  • Otherwise you see Inform your team manager to check the billing settings in order to re-enable messaging. Ask your owner or manager.

If you see An error occurred. Please, contact support. instead, contact Aiventic support.

Errors while sending

  • Sorry, an error occurred while sending the message: your message was not sent. Check your connection and send it again. If it keeps happening, contact Aiventic support.

  • Sorry, I'm having trouble generating a response.: send your question again.

  • Sorry, that took too long to look up. Please try again, or narrow your question.: ask a shorter or more specific question, or set the brand and model first.

  • If a photo fails, check it is a JPEG or PNG under 10 MB. GIF images are not accepted.

Iven won't answer about a brand

If Iven lists other brands instead of answering, your team does not have that brand. Brands available differ per team. Contact Aiventic support or request the brand (see "Request a brand or model that isn't listed").

Missing buttons

  • Manuals button missing: no manuals exist for the chat's brand and model, or the model is set to All Models.

  • Sources button missing: the chat has no sources yet.

  • Camera button missing: it only shows on phones and tablets.

  • Share under an answer missing: your browser does not support the share sheet.

Parts show "Price pending" or "No provider"

No connected supplier account has a price for that part. Your team owner connects supplier accounts.
