Rate an answer or report a problem

Use the thumbs up or thumbs down under an answer to tell Aiventic if it helped, and add a comment.

Under each Iven answer you can mark it helpful or report a problem. This feedback goes to Aiventic so answers can improve.

Who can do this: Any user in a chat.

  1. Find the action buttons under Iven's answer. On a computer, hover over the answer to see them. They always show on the latest answer.

  2. Click Mark as helpful (thumbs up) or Report a problem (thumbs down). Your vote is saved right away.

  3. A Feedback window opens. Type your comment in Type your feedback here. You can switch the thumbs up or down there.

  4. Click Send. The button works once you have chosen a thumb and written more than 5 characters.

Good to know

  • If you click Cancel, your thumbs vote is still kept. Only the comment is dropped.

  • Click the same thumb again to clear your vote.

  • The other buttons are Copy (copies plain text) and Share. Share only appears on browsers that support the phone share sheet, and shares the answer text only. There is no link to share a whole chat.
