Use Parts in the navigation to search for a part by part number or model number and compare prices and stock across the suppliers your team has connected. The page is titled Part Price Comparison.
Who can do this: Any team member, when your team has an active subscription. At least one parts supplier must be connected by your owner.
Steps
Click Parts in the navigation.
Type a part number or model number in the box labeled Search by part # or model #.
Click Find or press Enter.
Read the results. You'll see Found N prices for your search term.
Reading a result card
Each card shows the supplier, the part number and description, the manufacturer, price lines and stock lines. Stock lines look like N available in a location, Ships from a location, Local pickup available (or a pickup line with a location), a line for your own branch, or Out of stock in a location. If the part has stock that can ship, an Add to cart button appears.
Suppliers
Aiventic can check Marcone, Reliable Parts, Encompass, Certified Appliance Parts, Mid-Atlantic Parts and Southern Coastal Parts. It uses your team's own supplier accounts. Your owner connects them in Settings > Integrations.
Good to know
Your search term stays in the page address, so you can bookmark or copy it.
Aiventic does not place orders. Use the cart to export an order list.
Troubleshooting
Nothing found for your term: check the part or model number and try again.
No procurement providers configured: no supplier is connected yet. Owners see a link to Settings > Integrations. Others should ask their owner.
No Parts item in the navigation: see the troubleshooting article for Parts.
