Connect your own parts supplier account in Settings > Integrations so Aiventic can check part pricing from that supplier. Supported suppliers are Encompass, Marcone, Reliable Parts, Certified Appliance Parts, Mid-Atlantic Parts and Southern Coastal Parts.
Who can do this: Owners only, with an active subscription.
Steps
Go to Settings > Integrations.
Under Available integrations, find your supplier and select View integration.
Enter your account login details. Encompass asks for Account Number and Account Password. Marcone, Reliable Parts, Mid-Atlantic Parts and Southern Coastal Parts ask for a username and password. Certified Appliance Parts needs no login details.
Optional: select Run test to check the connection without saving.
Select Connect.
When you see Integration successful, select View integrations.
Supplier cards show the brands they support.
What it does
Part prices on the Parts page and on jobs come from your supplier account.
In Settings > Quote pricing > Parts, you can set the order your suppliers appear in.
Aiventic does not place orders. Add parts to the cart and export a file to order with your supplier.
Troubleshooting
No procurement providers configured on the Parts page: no supplier is connected yet. An Owner can connect one as above.
Integration failed: select Go back, check your login details and try again. If it keeps failing, contact Aiventic support.
Your supplier isn't listed: which integrations a team sees can vary. Contact Aiventic support.
