You can update an integration's login details, pause it with the switch on its card, or disconnect it completely. Open Settings > Integrations to do any of these.

Who can do this: Owners only, with an active subscription.

Update login details

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations.

  2. Select View integration on the connected card.

  3. In the Integration details window, change the fields. Saved passwords and secrets are not shown, so you can leave them blank to keep them.

  4. Optional: select Run test to verify the connection.

  5. Select Update Details.

For HubSpot and Service Fusion, select Reconnect instead to refresh access. You are sent to the provider's page to approve access again.

Pause an integration

Use the on/off switch on the card of a connected integration. If the card lists several connections, each connection has its own switch. You see "{name} has been enabled" or "{name} has been disabled". Pausing keeps the connection, so you can switch it back on later.

Disconnect an integration

  1. Select View integration on the card.

  2. Open the three-dot menu at the bottom left of the window and select Delete Integration. The menu is only available once the integration is connected.

  3. In the Delete integration window, confirm. The message reads: "Are you sure you want to completely disconnect {name}? This action cannot be undone."

Note: Disconnecting cannot be undone. To use the system again, you connect it again from the start. If you only want a break, pause it instead.

Add another account

To connect a second account of the same system, select Add connection on the connected card, enter a name such as "East region", and select Add. Then fill in the connection details and select Connect.

Troubleshooting

  • Failed to toggle {name}: try again. If it keeps happening, contact Aiventic support.

  • Could not load this integration. Please try again.: refresh the page and try again, or contact Aiventic support.
