When several brands, models, variants or documents could fit your question, Iven shows clickable option buttons instead of guessing. Click the one that matches your unit.
Who can do this: Any team member, when your team has an active subscription.
Read Iven's message and the buttons under it.
Click the option that fits. Your choice is sent as your answer.
Iven continues with your choice.
Long lists
Click Show with a number of options to expand a long list, and Hide options to collapse it.
Use the Filter options box to narrow the list. Click Show less to shorten it again.
Quick replies and suggestions
Iven may also show short suggested answers (quick replies) or clickable suggestions in the answer. Clicking one sends that text as your next message right away.
Good to know
After you pick an option, the other options turn gray and cannot be changed. If you chose wrong, type a follow-up message to correct it.
You are not forced to use the buttons. You can type your answer instead.
There is no separate variant drop-down. Variants are chosen through these option buttons.
