The Manual library holds your team's technical documents. Open Manuals in the navigation, choose a brand, and then browse the model tree or search.
Who can do this: Any team member can see Manuals.
Browse by brand and model
Click Manuals in the top navigation. The page is titled Manual library.
In the left panel, pick a brand in the Select a brand drop-down. The first brand is chosen for you.
Under Location, expand the tree: Brand, then Group, Model and Variant. Each row shows how many manuals it holds. Use Expand all and Collapse all to open or close everything.
Click a node. The right panel shows its manuals, including everything below that node.
Optional: type in Filter within (followed by the node name) to narrow the list. It shows the number of matches.
Click a manual to open its details.
Search a whole brand
Type a model number or title in Search manuals… under Search & filters.
Results appear under Search results with the number of manuals. The Location tree shrinks to branches that contain matches. Click a branch to see its manuals.
Search covers one brand at a time. To search another brand, change the brand first. Typing in the search box clears any node you had selected.
Filter by type
All document types: choose one or more of Manual, Parts, Manual & parts, Warranty, Installation guide, Article, Other, Schematic, Service bulletin, Spec sheet and Tech sheet.
All unit types: shown only when the brand has unit types.
Selected filters show as chips. Click a chip to remove it.
Good to know
Only brands set up for your team show in the list. Brands available differ per team. Contact Aiventic support to add a brand.
Manuals are listed 20 per page. Use the pager at the bottom.
Variants of the same family are grouped. Click Show all (with the number of variants) to see them all, or Show less.
Troubleshooting
No manuals match your search. Try fewer words, a different spelling, or remove filters.
No manuals for "[name]" yet. Click Request it to ask for the document.
No models found for this brand. Nothing is listed yet for that brand.
Failed to load the model tree., Failed to load manuals. or Search failed. Please try again. Reload the page and try again. If it continues, contact Aiventic support.
