If a manual has the wrong model, a bad scan or an outdated version, click Suggest a change. If a manual is missing, click Request it. Your report goes to Aiventic.
Who can do this: Any team member who can see Manuals.
Report a problem
Click Manuals and find the manual.
Click Suggest a change. You find it in the manual's details panel under Help us improve, in the three-dot menu (Manual actions) on the row, or next to the model or location name above the list. Use it there to report a problem with the model or location itself.
In the Suggest a change window, answer What would you like to change? by choosing an option.
Fill in any field the window asks for. If one is blank you see Please fill in this field.
In Details, add anything that helps. This is optional. If you were searching, the search term is filled in for you.
Click Send suggestion. Use Back to change your choice or Cancel to close. You see Thanks! Your suggestion was sent when it works.
Request a missing document
Browse to the model in the Location tree.
If it has no manuals, you see No manuals for "[name]" yet. Click Request it. On short lists you may see Missing a manual for "[name]"? with the same link.
The Request a document window opens with the request already chosen. Fill in any field it asks for, optionally add Details, and click Send suggestion.
