Part results can show three price lines. Your price is what you pay your supplier, Retail (MSRP) is the manufacturer's suggested retail price, and Your quote is what the part would be quoted to a customer.

Label

What it means

Your price

Your account price at that supplier.

Retail (MSRP)

The manufacturer's suggested retail price, shown when the supplier provides one.

Your quote

What this part would be quoted to a customer today under your pricing settings. Brand multipliers are not applied here. Shown only when a quote is available.

Good to know

  • Your owner chooses the team's Pricing mode in Settings > Quote pricing > Parts, under Parts sourcing. The options are Account (Wholesale) and Retail. In Retail mode, when a supplier gives a list price, Retail (MSRP) becomes the large number and Your price the smaller one.

  • Under Your quote a short line explains how it was worked out, for example Supplier retail (MSRP) or Band minimum applied.

  • The owner's Primary parts source setting decides which connected supplier the AI checks first when pricing parts.
