Click the speaker button under an Iven answer, or on a job's AI-Generated Service Plan card, and Iven reads it out loud. The button changes to Stop reading while it plays. Click it again to stop.
Who can do this: Any team member on a team with an active subscription.
Read an answer in chat
Find the action buttons under Iven's answer. On a computer, hover over the answer to see them. They always show on the latest answer.
Click the speaker icon (Read aloud). It shows a spinner while the audio loads, then Iven starts speaking.
To stop, click the same button. It now reads Stop reading.
The same button appears under Iven's answers in the job's AI Assistant tab.
Read a job's service plan
Open the job and stay on the Triage tab.
On the AI-Generated Service Plan card, click the speaker button (Read aloud) next to the thumbs.
Click it again (Stop reading) to stop.
The button is hidden while the plan is being retriaged.
Good to know
Only one thing plays at a time. Starting another answer stops the current one.
Playback also stops when you go to another page, or when you pause from a headset or the lock screen.
The button does not show on answers that contain only choice buttons and no text.
The first play can take a few seconds to start.
If you press it many times in a row, wait a moment and try again.
Troubleshooting
Could not play this response. Please try again. Click Read aloud again. If it keeps failing, contact Aiventic support.
No speaker button: check that your team has an active subscription. If it should be there and is not, contact Aiventic support.
