The FieldPulse integration connects your FieldPulse account to Aiventic with an API token. Aiventic then pulls your jobs in automatically, so your technicians see them in My Jobs and Iven can triage them and answer questions about them.
What you can do with it
See your FieldPulse jobs in Aiventic without typing them in again.
Get an AI-generated service plan (triage) for jobs that come in, including suggested parts.
Ask Iven about a specific job, using the job details pulled from FieldPulse.
Give Iven past job history to draw on when it answers questions.
What syncs
Aiventic reads this data from FieldPulse:
Jobs, including their statuses, visits and who is assigned
Customers and service locations
Equipment records (title, manufacturer, model, model number and serial number)
Users, which Aiventic uses to match technicians, and FieldPulse teams
Custom fields on jobs
Estimates and invoices, including their line items
Purchase orders, inventory items and vendors
The integration is read-only. Aiventic does not create or edit anything in FieldPulse. It does not send AI service plans back to FieldPulse either.
Jobs sync automatically. There is no Synchronization Start Date field for FieldPulse. Aiventic reads everything FieldPulse returns on the first sync, then picks up changes after that. For questions about timing, contact Aiventic support.
Before you start
Who can do this: Owners only, with an active subscription.
You need one thing from FieldPulse, labelled API token in Aiventic. FieldPulse issues API tokens on request. FieldPulse's help center says to contact FieldPulse support ([email protected]) or use the in-app chat to ask for one. The Aiventic form says the same: "FieldPulse issues API tokens on request; contact [email protected] to have one activated."
Note: Steps in FieldPulse can change. Check FieldPulse's documentation or ask FieldPulse support.
Connect FieldPulse to Aiventic
Go to Settings > Integrations.
Find the FieldPulse card under Available integrations and select View integration.
In the Connect FieldPulse with aiventic window, paste your token into API token.
Optional: select Run test. Aiventic checks the token with FieldPulse without saving it. You see "Testing connection..." while it runs.
Select Connect.
When you see Integration successful, select View integrations.
Spaces before or after the token are removed for you.
After you connect
The card shows Connected. Your jobs start syncing automatically.
Link your technicians to their Aiventic accounts under Data Hub > Jobs > Technicians, so each technician sees their own jobs.
Choose which job statuses count as active in the jobs settings.
To change the token later, select View integration and then Update Details. To pause or disconnect, see "Update, pause or disconnect an integration".
If the card shows Add connection, you can connect more than one account by giving each a name such as "East region".
Troubleshooting
API token is required.: the field was empty. Paste your token and try again.
FieldPulse rejected the API token.: the token is wrong, incomplete or not yet activated. Check that you pasted the whole token. If it still fails, ask FieldPulse support to confirm the token is active.
FieldPulse rate limit reached. Try again shortly.: wait a few minutes and try again.
FieldPulse did not respond in time. or Could not reach FieldPulse.: FieldPulse may be having a problem. Try again later.
Integration failed: select Go back and try again. If it keeps failing, contact Aiventic support.
If the connection works but a job is missing, check that it is in an active status and that the technician is linked to a user.

Does Aiventic work with FieldPulse?
Yes. FieldPulse is one of the field service systems you can connect in Settings > Integrations.
Is the FieldPulse integration read-only?
Yes. Aiventic reads data from FieldPulse and does not create or change jobs, customers or anything else there.
Where do I get my FieldPulse API token?
FieldPulse issues tokens on request. Contact FieldPulse support at [email protected] or use the in-app chat. Aiventic cannot issue one for you.
How much history does Aiventic import?
There is no start date to set for FieldPulse. The first sync reads everything FieldPulse returns for your account. Contact Aiventic support if you have questions about a specific job.
Can I connect more than one FieldPulse account?
If the FieldPulse card shows Add connection, yes. Enter a connection name, select Add, then enter that account's token.
