Service Advisor: the same access as a Service Manager: all team jobs, no billing, team management or Dashboard.
Inside Sales: Chat, Manuals, Parts and Unit History. No jobs: My Jobs is hidden and Iven does not look up jobs for you. No billing, team management or Dashboard.
Technician: Chat, own jobs and Manuals.
Inside Sales and jobs
The My Jobs item is not in the main menu. If you open a jobs page from a link, you see Jobs are not available for your role and the note Ask your team owner if you need access to jobs.
In Chat, Iven answers general questions, manuals and parts, but does not search your team's jobs or customers.
Claims in Unit History do not link to jobs.
In Settings > Notifications, you do not see Personal Daily Usage Summary or My daily summary schedule, and you do not get daily job summaries. Personal Weekly Usage Summary is still there.
An Inside Sales user can't be linked to a technician code in Data Hub.
Good to know
Unit History also has to be set up for your team by Aiventic. Contact Aiventic support.
If you open an owner-only settings page without being an Owner, you see You do not have access to followed by the section name, and the note This workspace setting is managed by your team owner. Contact them if you need access. Contact your owner.
Only Owners can change roles. An Owner changes a role in Settings > Team. You can't change your own role.
If you can't use a feature your role should have, check that your team's subscription is active.
