Connect your ServiceTitan account to Aiventic and your jobs flow in automatically. Iven can then triage upcoming calls and use your job history to answer questions. In Aiventic the card is labelled Service Titan (two words). The product itself is spelled ServiceTitan.
What you can do with it
See your ServiceTitan jobs in My Jobs, with customer, technician and appointment details.
Get an AI-generated service plan (triage) for jobs that sync in.
Ask Iven about a specific job, or about past jobs, using the notes and forms from ServiceTitan.
What syncs
Aiventic reads the following from ServiceTitan:
Jobs: job number, status, summary, completion date and last-modified date
Customers: name, address and contacts
Technicians: name, email and phone, and which technician is assigned to a job
Appointments: scheduled start and end times
Job notes and submitted forms (question and answer pairs)
Aiventic does not read ServiceTitan equipment records. Where it can, it works out the brand, model and serial number from the job summary, notes and forms.
Aiventic reads from ServiceTitan. The connection does not write anything back to ServiceTitan.
Jobs sync automatically, starting from your Synchronization Start Date. For questions about timing, contact Aiventic support.
Before you start
Who can do this: Owners only, with an active subscription.
You need four things, labelled in the Aiventic window:
TenantId
ClientId
ClientSecret
Synchronization Start Date (required, in MM/dd/yyyy format, for example 01/31/2025)
Ask your ServiceTitan administrator or ServiceTitan support for the tenant ID, client ID and client secret.
Connect ServiceTitan to Aiventic
Go to Settings > Integrations.
Under Available integrations, find Service Titan and select View integration.
In the Connect Service Titan with aiventic window, fill in TenantId, ClientId, ClientSecret and Synchronization Start Date.
Optional: select Run test. Aiventic checks the connection without saving it.
Select Connect.
When you see Integration successful, check that the Connection status is Connected, then select View integrations.
After you connect
Jobs start syncing from your Synchronization Start Date. Jobs created before that date are not imported.
Link your technicians to their Aiventic user accounts so they see their own jobs. Go to Data Hub > Jobs > Technicians.
Choose which job statuses count as active in your Jobs settings.
To connect more than one ServiceTitan account, use Add connection on the card and give each one a name.
To change your details later, select View integration > Update Details. To pause syncing, use the switch on the card.
Troubleshooting
Connection test ... has failed or Integration failed: Aiventic could not sign in to ServiceTitan with your details. Re-check the tenant ID, client ID and client secret for typos, then try again. If the client secret was reset or revoked in ServiceTitan, enter the new one.
Integration failed with "Try again or contact support": select Go back, check your details and try again. If it keeps failing, contact Aiventic support.
No jobs appear: check that your Synchronization Start Date is early enough to include the jobs you expect.
Don't see the card: which integrations a team sees can vary. Contact Aiventic support.
