Connect your Mid-Atlantic Parts account to Aiventic so the Parts page and Iven can show your account price and stock for a part. Aiventic reads prices and stock. It does not place orders.

What you can do with it

  • Search a part number on the Parts page (Part Price Comparison) and compare Mid-Atlantic Parts with your other suppliers.

  • See its prices on part cards in Iven's chat answers.

  • See its prices and availability on suggested parts in an AI service plan, and in job pricing and quotes under your Quote pricing settings.

  • Add parts to the cart and export an .xlsx file to upload on Mid-Atlantic Parts' import page.

What syncs

  • Your price: your account price.

  • Retail (MSRP): the suggested retail price, when the supplier shows one.

  • Main stock quantity, shown as a shipping line such as N available in a location.

  • Your own branch, shown as N at your branch in a location, when the supplier lists one for your account.

Aiventic doesn't show a replacement note for superseded parts from Mid-Atlantic Parts. Aiventic only reads from your account.

Before you start

Who can do this: Owners only, with an active subscription.

You need the username and password for your Mid-Atlantic Parts online account. Ask your Mid-Atlantic Parts account representative if you don't have web access yet.

Connect Mid-Atlantic Parts to Aiventic

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations.

  2. Under Available integrations, find Mid-Atlantic Parts and select View integration.

  3. Enter your username and password.

  4. Optional: select Run test to check the login without saving.

  5. Select Connect.

  6. When you see Integration successful, select View integrations.

After you connect

  • The card shows Connected. Prices appear the next time you search on the Parts page.

  • Use the switch on the card to pause it without disconnecting.

  • In Settings > Quote pricing > Parts, set your Primary parts source and Pricing mode. In Retail mode, Mid-Atlantic Parts is quoted from its retail price when it has a usable one, otherwise from your markup rules.

  • To change your login, select View integration > Update Details.

Cart export

The cart does not check out. Select Export next to Mid-Atlantic Parts to download an .xlsx file named Parts_MMddyyyy.xlsx. It has no header row: part number in column A and quantity in column B. Use it for Mid-Atlantic Parts' import page when you order.

Troubleshooting

  • Integration failed: select Go back, check your username and password, and try again. If it keeps failing, contact Aiventic support.

  • No result for a part: Mid-Atlantic Parts may not carry that number.

  • Manufacturer shows Unknown: the supplier didn't return a brand for that part.

  • No Add to cart button: it only appears when main stock can ship the part.
