Turn on Certified Appliance Parts in Aiventic so the Parts page and Iven can include its prices and stock. There is no login to enter. Aiventic reads the public Certified Appliance Parts website. It does not place orders.
What you can do with it
Search a part number on the Parts page (Part Price Comparison) and compare Certified Appliance Parts with your other suppliers.
See its prices on part cards in Iven's chat answers.
See its prices on suggested parts in an AI service plan, and in job pricing and quotes under your Quote pricing settings.
Add parts to the cart and export an .xlsx file for Certified Appliance Parts.
What syncs
Your price: the price shown on the Certified Appliance Parts website. It is not a special account price, because no account is used.
Stock as a single line with a quantity, and an arrival estimate when the website shows one. If the website's stock level can't be read, the part shows Available or Not in stock.
It does not give Aiventic pickup branches or a branch-by-branch breakdown. Aiventic only matches the exact part number you search, so a close but different part won't be shown.
Before you start
Who can do this: Owners only, with an active subscription.
You don't need any account details from Certified Appliance Parts.
Connect Certified Appliance Parts to Aiventic
Go to Settings > Integrations.
Under Available integrations, find Certified Appliance Parts and select View integration.
Optional: select Run test to check that Aiventic can reach the site.
Select Connect.
When you see Integration successful, select View integrations.
After you connect
The card shows Connected. Certified Appliance Parts results appear the next time you search on the Parts page.
Use the switch on the card to pause it. While it is off, Aiventic doesn't check Certified Appliance Parts.
In Settings > Quote pricing > Parts, set your Primary parts source and Pricing mode. Because its prices are already retail, that screen warns that markup rules would apply on top of them. Aiventic doesn't use a list price from Certified Appliance Parts for Retail mode quoting.
Cart export
The cart does not check out. Select Export next to Certified Appliance Parts to download an .xlsx file named Parts_MMddyyyy.xlsx. It has four columns: mfc (manufacturer), name (part number), quantity and shipmentMarking (left blank). Use it as your order list with Certified Appliance Parts.
Troubleshooting
Integration failed: select Go back and try again. If it keeps failing, contact Aiventic support.
No result for a part: Certified Appliance Parts may not list that exact part number.
No Add to cart button: it only appears when a stock quantity above zero could be read.
