Connect your Reliable Parts account to Aiventic so the Parts page and Iven can show your Reliable Parts account price and stock for a part. Aiventic reads prices and stock. It does not place orders.

What you can do with it

  • Search a part number on the Parts page (Part Price Comparison) and compare Reliable Parts with your other suppliers.

  • See Reliable Parts prices on part cards in Iven's chat answers.

  • See Reliable Parts prices and availability on suggested parts in an AI service plan, and in job pricing and quotes under your Quote pricing settings.

  • Add parts to the cart and export a Reliable Parts .xlsx file to order from them.

What syncs

  • Your price: your Reliable Parts account price.

  • Retail (MSRP): Reliable Parts' retail price, only when they return one above zero.

  • Stock from one shipping warehouse, the one with the most units, shown as N available in a location.

  • Stock at your default Reliable Parts location, shown as a pickup line such as N for pickup in a location.

Aiventic only reads from Reliable Parts. It does not create orders or change your account.

Before you start

Who can do this: Owners only, with an active subscription.

You need the username and password for your Reliable Parts online account. Ask your Reliable Parts account representative or Reliable Parts support if you don't have web access yet.

Connect Reliable Parts to Aiventic

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations.

  2. Under Available integrations, find Reliable Parts and select View integration.

  3. Enter your username and password.

  4. Optional: select Run test to check the login without saving.

  5. Select Connect.

  6. When you see Integration successful, select View integrations.

After you connect

  • The card shows Connected. Reliable Parts prices appear the next time you search on the Parts page.

  • Use the switch on the card to pause Reliable Parts without disconnecting.

  • In Settings > Quote pricing > Parts, set your Primary parts source and Pricing mode. In Retail mode, Reliable Parts is quoted from its retail price when it has one, otherwise from your markup rules.

  • To change your login, select View integration > Update Details.

Cart export

The cart does not check out. Select Export next to Reliable Parts to download an .xlsx file named Parts_MMddyyyy.xlsx. It has four columns: mfc (manufacturer), name (part number), quantity and shipmentMarking (left blank). Use it to order with Reliable Parts.

Troubleshooting

  • Integration failed: select Go back, check your username and password, and try again. If it keeps failing, contact Aiventic support.

  • No Reliable Parts result: they may not carry that part number. Check the number and search again.

  • No Add to cart button: it only appears when a Reliable Parts shipping warehouse has stock. Pickup-only stock can't be added.
