Connect your Marcone account to Aiventic so Iven and the Parts page can show your Marcone account price, list price and stock for a part. Aiventic reads prices and stock from your account. It does not place orders.
What you can do with it
Search a part number on the Parts page (Part Price Comparison) and see Marcone's price and stock next to your other suppliers.
See Marcone prices on part cards in Iven's chat answers.
See Marcone prices and availability on the suggested parts in an AI service plan, and in job pricing and quotes under your Quote pricing settings.
Add parts to the cart and export a Marcone-formatted .csv file to order from Marcone.
What syncs
Each time someone looks up a part, Aiventic asks Marcone using your account and shows:
Your price: your Marcone account price.
Retail (MSRP): Marcone's list price, when Marcone returns one.
Stock for every Marcone warehouse that ships the part, such as N available in a location, or Out of stock in a location with an arrival date when known.
Local pickup branches near your account, shown as N for pickup in a location.
Your own Marcone branch, shown as N at your branch in a location.
Superseded parts: if Marcone replaced the part number you searched, Aiventic shows the current part with the note Replaces and the number you typed.
Aiventic only reads from Marcone. It does not create orders or change anything in your Marcone account.
Before you start
Who can do this: Owners only, with an active subscription.
You need the Username and Password for your Marcone online account. Ask your Marcone account representative or Marcone support if you don't have web access yet.
Connect Marcone to Aiventic
Go to Settings > Integrations.
Under Available integrations, find Marcone and select View integration.
Enter your Username and Password.
Optional: select Run test to check the login without saving.
Select Connect.
When you see Integration successful, select View integrations.
After you connect
The card shows Connected. Marcone prices appear the next time you search on the Parts page.
Use the switch on the card to pause Marcone without disconnecting. While it is off, Aiventic does not check Marcone.
In Settings > Quote pricing > Parts, under Parts sourcing, choose the Primary parts source and the Pricing mode. Marcone provides a list price on every lookup, so Retail mode can quote from it.
To change your login later, select View integration > Update Details.
Cart export
The cart on the Parts page does not check out. Select Export next to Marcone to download a .csv file named Parts_MMddyyyy.csv. Its columns are Make, Part, Quantity, Location, Warehouse and Reference. Warehouse and Reference are left blank. Use the file to place the order with Marcone.
Troubleshooting
Integration failed: select Go back, check your username and password, and try again. If it keeps failing, contact Aiventic support.
No Marcone result for a part: Marcone may not carry that number. Check the part number and search again.
No pickup or branch lines: those only show when Marcone returns them for your account.
No Add to cart button: it only appears when a Marcone warehouse can ship the part. Pickup-only or branch-only stock can't be added.
